Welcome to the Campus Dashboard

After logging in as a Campus, you can manage classrooms, teachers, students, and reading activity from one place.

Note: You log in using the username and password provided by your school’s Head Office.

If you are a first-time campus admin, it’s recommended to follow this order:

  1. Add classrooms
  2. Assign teachers to classrooms
  3. Add students
  4. Check the library and reading activity

1. View Your Campus & Classroom Details

Top bar and summary cards

  • Date range — pick any period. All numbers below change to match.
  • Classrooms, Teachers, Students, Engagement, Books and Pages read.
  • Green or red badge — shows if the number went up or down.
  • Customize widgets — choose which boxes appear on your screen.
  • Export — save this page as a report.

Note: Engagement is the time your student spend on Aliflaila.

Reading charts

  • Reading growth trends — show classrooms reading activity and growth in a graph.
  • Reading mix — shows what type of reading your students do.

Note: Both charts have a dropdown at the top right. Tap it to change what the chart shows.

Classrooms and adoption

  • Reader classes — all classes ranked. Tap a row to open more detail about it.
  • Adoption rate — how many students are reading, and if the books suit their age.

Top Performers

  • Top teachers — shows your most active teachers and how their students are performing.
  • Top students — your best readers, with the number of books they finished.

Note: Select View All to see the complete list. Click any row to open its details panel, where you can generate certificates for students.

Work and campuses

  • Assignment pipeline — how many books teachers assigned, and how far students got.
  • Teacher adoption — active teachers in your campus with most quiz pass percentage.
  • Classes comparison — all your classes side by side, so you can see who leads and who needs help.

2. Check School Library & Read Books

  • Open the School Library screen.
  • Read the books purchased by the school.

3. Manage Classrooms

  • View details about exisitng classroom.
  • Create new classroom.
  • Edit and delete classroom.

4. Manage Teachers

  • View all existing teachers and their statistic.
  • Add new teachers.
  • Download teacher data.
  • Block or unblock teachers.
  • View complete teacher details.

Important: When you add a new teacher, the system automatically generates login credentials (username and password). You can share these credentials offline with the teacher so they can log in to the Teacher Dashboard and manage their classrooms and students.

Tip: You can view all teacher data at once and download it as an Excel sheet from “Download Data” option.

5. Manage Students

  • View all existing students.
  • Add new students.
  • Download student data.
  • Activate or deactivate students.
  • View student details.
  • Delete students when needed.

Important: When you add a new student, the system automatically generates for that student.
You can find the username and password in the student’s details within the dashboard.
These credentials can be shared offline with the student (or their parent/guardian) so they can log in to the Student Dashboard.

Tip: You can view all student data at once and download it as an Excel sheet from “Download data” Button.

6. View Favorite Books

  • Open the Favorites page.
  • See all books marked as favorite by your campus.

7. Check Leaderboard (Reader Spotlight)

  • View the Reader Spotlight section.
  • See top readers of the week and month.
  • This helps motivate students to read more.

8. Visit Support Page for Help

  • Go to the Support page if you face any issues.
  • Contact the official AlifLaila Support Team.
  • Get help with access, payments, or technical problems.

9. Announcements

  • Go to the Announcements page to add and share important campus updates with students across your classrooms.
