Pinocchio Part 21

After getting rid of the dog’s collar, Pinocchio began running and never stopped until he reached the road that led to the Fairy’s house. However, when he reached the area where the Fairy’s house used to be, he was startled to find no house, but instead a marble stone with an epitaph about the Fairy’s death.
