Welcome to the Teacher Dashboard

This guide explains how teachers can log in and use the AlifLaila Teacher Dashboard to manage classes, students, and reading activities easily.


1. How to Log In as a Teacher

  1. Open your internet browser.
  2. Go to the AlifLaila website.
  3. Click on the Get Started button.
  4. The Login Form will open in a popup (login modal).
  5. Click on “I Am an Educator”.
  6. Enter your teacher email/username and password.
  7. Click Login.

You will be redirected to the Teacher Dashboard.

2. What your Dashbaord shows you

This is the first screen you see, providing an overview of how your classes are performing.

Top bar and summary cards

  • Date range — pick any period. All numbers below change to match.
  • Classes, Students, Engagement, Books, Pages read and Quiz passing percentage.
  • Green or red badge — shows if the number went up or down.
  • Customize widgets — choose which boxes appear on your screen.
  • Export — save this page as a report.

Note: Engagement is the time your student spend on Aliflaila.

Reading charts

  • Reading growth trends — show classrooms reading activity in a graph.
  • Reading mix — shows what type of reading your students do.

Note: Both charts have a dropdown at the top right. Tap it to change what the chart shows.

Classrooms and adoption

  • My Clasrooms — all classrooms ranked. Tap a row to open more detail about it.
  • Adoption rate — how many students are reading, and if the books suit their age.

Top Performers

  • Reading Assingment — view book names, submissions, and whether they were submitted on time.
  • Top students — your best readers, with the number of books they finished.

Note: Select View All to see the complete list. Click any row to open its details panel, where you can generate certificates for students.

Work and Classroms

  • Assignment pipeline — how many books assigned, and how far students got.
  • Reading Streak — a ranked list with streak and completed books of reader.
  • Classes comparison — all your classrooms side by side, so you can see who leads and who needs help.

3. View School Library & Assign Books

  • Open the School Library page.
  • Read books available in the school library.
  • Assign books to:
    • An entire classroom, or
    • A specific student.

4. View “My Students” Page

From the My Students page, you can:

  • See all students assigned to you.
  • View student details.
  • Check student reading progress.
  • Download student data if needed.

5. View Assigned Books Page

  • Open the Assigned Books page.
  • View:
    • Books assigned to classrooms.
    • Books assigned to individual students.
  • Track assigned reading activities.

6. View Favorite Books

  • Open the Favorites page.
  • See all books marked as favorite.

7. Check Leaderboard (Reader Spotlight)

  • Open the Reader Spotlight section.
  • See top readers of the week and month.
  • Encourage students to improve their reading habits.

8. Visit Support Page for Help

  • Go to the Support page if you face any issues.
  • Contact the official AlifLaila Support Team.
  • Get help with login, book access, or technical problems.
