ایک گاؤں میں ایک نیک دل  بچی رہتی تھی جس کا نام ایلارا تھا۔ ایک شام جنگل میں جڑی بوٹیاں چنتے ہوئے اسے ایک سنہری پَر ملتا ہے جو فینکس کا پَر تھا۔ بچی کے دادا کے مطابق  جو بھی وہ سنہرا پَر فینکس کو واپس کر دے، اس کی خواہش پوری ہو جاتی ہے۔چنانچہ ایلارا بھی فینکس کی تلاش میں نکل کھڑی ہوتی ہے  مگر راستے میں وہ  کئی بار رُکتی ہے—کیا وہ لومڑی کے بچے کو آزاد کرے گی؟ کیا زخمی الو کی مدد کر پائے گی؟ اور جب وہ فینکس کے سامنے پہنچے گی  تو کیا وہ اپنے گاؤں کی پیاس بجھانے کی خواہش مانگ سکے گی؟ ا ن تمام سوالوں کے جواب جاننے کے لیے آئیے کہانی پڑھتے ہیں۔
